These beans were born in two locations, blending the citrusy flavours of Costa Rica with the smooth chocolatey notes of Mexico.

Varietals describe the name of a type of coffee plant or subspecies. These varietals have distinct flavours similar to grape varieties regarding wines or different kinds of apples.

This process removes all of the flesh from the coffee seed before it's dried, reducing the chance of something going wrong. Typically these coffees have a higher acidity, complexity and cleaner cups.
